The study's goal was to describe the frequent presentation of spondyloarthropathy patients in a single Rheumatology center at Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun in the Malaysian state of Perak. Methodologies: Between 2010 and 2013, a cross-sectional study was undertaken in a single-center rheumatology clinic. A total of 95 individuals with spondyloarthropathy were randomly selected and enrolled in this study, with patients identified by rheumatologists using recognized diagnostic classification criteria. Clinic records were used to acquire the demographic and clinical information of the patients. Results: A total of 91 spondyarthropathy patients were chosen, with a male to female ratio that was similar and a Malays ethnicity that was more prevalent (50 percent ). The average age was 42, with peak ages ranging from 38 to 47. (34.7 percent ). According to our results, low back pain is All AS patients have this symptom (100 percent ). Peripheral arthritis is also common in AS (26%) patients, PsA (98.4%) patients, and ReA (50%) patients, respectively. Meanwhile, psoriasis is extremely common in PsA patients (100%) but not seen in AS or ReA patients. Conclusion: PsA and AS are the most prevalent SpAs seen in this rheumatology center, with a female and male prevalence, respectively. Clinical signs differ amongst SpA groups, which may be due to the small number of patients in each group. In both AS and PsA patients, peripheral arthritis is a common clinical manifestation. Psoriasis is the most common clinical presentation in PsA patients, but not in AS or ReA patients, according to our findings.
