Analysis of Entropy Associated with Information Storage and Its Retrieval | Chapter 1 | New Insights into Physical Science Vol. 13

For light storage and retrieval, we present an entropy study. Entropy extraction and reduction in a standard light storage experiment are described in this study. For the D1 transition in cold sodium atoms, the spatiotemporal activity of entropy is presented. The reduced Maxwell field equations and the Liouville–von Neumann equation for the dressed atom's density matrix are the governing equations.
