Objective: Double stomachic perforations are a rare surgical body and the operating surgeon has to be informed about latest trends the possibiity of multiple perforations. With the coming of Proton Pump Inhibitors and H.pylori treatment cure most of the peptic ulcers are trained without the need of a surgical interference, yet the complications in the way that perforation and sustained bleeding warrant an danger surgical intervention.Here in we report a case of a 70year old male accompanying double gastric prick.Presentation of Case: A 70 year traditional male patient presented to casuality accompanying complaints of pain tummy since 3 days and not passing seat and flatus since 2 days. Patient dismissed without some issue and ugie after 6weeks disclosed no evidence of malignancy.Conclusion: The occurance of multile perforations is excellent and should always be observed in mind when encountering a Hollow Viscous Perforation.
