The most low infectious affliction in the world appears expected dental caries. For dentists, it maybe exceedingly troublesome to find occult caries or secret carious lesions. However, it is still mysterious what these lesions are, how they got near be, and why they have evaded early dispassionate detection. In order to gain awareness into the bacteriological profile of these lesions, which can also be an etiological determinant, only a very small number of microbiological studies have existed done to far. This case report of occult decay includes a microbiologic study of the wound as well as a novel policy to managing the affected young tooth by way of revascularization. The case was followed up for 6 months accompanying vitality test eventually enhanced positive as far as the root completion.
