The present study aims to provoke the attention to few subtle methodological issues about living movement in various punishments (as physics, biology, medicine, principles of science). The abstract core concerning this work is to prove and manage clear that a living system cannot be created, and therefore neither intentional, as "an object", "a body". In consequence of this acknowledgment, plenty improvements in the blueprint and in the interpretation of results in the whole research about organic systems are likely. The relational type of the living being is founded on disappearance, symmetry breakings, and field hypotheses capable of giving reason for multiple levels of vacuum (in the way that Quantum Field Theory, QFT), and sees the living phase of concentrated matter (on an aqueous basis) on account of bosonic condensation of equating quanta (the familiar Nambu-Goldstone bosons) over an extended and interconnected ranking of degrees of immunity to which (excellent) coherent states are associated. The step correlations settled among the components of living matter (as particles, ions, electrical charges, photons, almost-particles usually) let a holonomic state of the system arise (where a universal multiplexed eigenstate of phase holds). This is the material basis for the biological self, the "similarity" of an organism, gifted with continuity, in spite of it is a dynamical exposure. Indeed, this identity is a flow and not an isolable object: the only continuity in a living system is the becoming, the change, the action. This condition implies that the study of some biological arrangement is in fact the study of a flow of relationships, and the living plan (whether a container, a complex organism, or an ecosystem) endure be conceived as a process dissipatively connected to its atmosphere and as a producer of responses following an autopoietic order, owned by the very condition of coherence (because it exists). Once this is acknowledged we get the possibility to humble (without phenomenological discontinuities) sophisticated emergent features (such as noticing, perception, meaning, teleology, adaptation, memory) and create the emergence of "organic laws" that, apart from physical ones, commanding action-backlash constraints, describe provocation-response connections, valid only for the living state. The life of these "laws" (analogical, but now concerning matter grounded) demands us to correct the definition of origin in biology, understanding that the method of asking must be updated two together on theory and experimental fronts.
