Investigating the Contract Inspection Mechanisms: An Evidence from Federal Mining Bodies and University | Chapter 6 | Research Highlights in Science and Technology Vol. 4

 This episode aimed to consider and analyze the mechanisms secondhand in the inspection of public contracts at a Federal University in Minas Gerais and of few federal public agencies and, on account of the results, to develop a made-to-order tool that provides freedom, efficiency, preparation, interaction and output. For this study, two data surveys were conducted, the first accompanying federal instrumentalities    (Fig. 1), in the period from February/2021 to March/2021, through the Talk-BR platform for approach to information (e-SIC), utilizing a descriptive/qualitative approach that typifies a certain culture or phenomenon, correlating variables and their character, without the aim of explaining ruling class, even though they can be secondhand as a basis for clarifications. Public Administration, when promoting the materialization of the needs for merchandise/services, a macrocosm of procedural rites must be followed from the requisition of the goods/help to its killing and payment. The renovation of activities, mainly through custom-built technological ploys, tends to simplify task administration, providing greater clearness of routine, consolidated data, speed in flows, protection and better interaction betwixt those involved, allowing better transparency and change in the quality of civil service processes with society. In light of the verdicts, a contract management-attracted fiscal support program was created, that can be copied by other federal public instrumentalities and will be verified by auditors from united states of america of Minas Gerais' universities.
