One of the main factors moving the efficiency of main flow fans is the blade arm. In this paper, the isolated airfoil design system is used to design the axial flow fan way, and the traditional organ and the new airfoil we created are applied to the principal flow fan. Finally, two types of axial flow fan impellers are created and compared. Ultimately, the CFD numerical imitation of the two in the middle flow fans is performed, and the sleek performance and flow field traits of the two fans are collected. The numerical imitation results show that the axial flow fan with extreme-performance organ has better aerodynamic accomplishment, which verifies that the design arrangement and high-act airfoil maybe used to design high-performance principal flow fan, which has main application profit and promotion prospects.
