Epidemiology Picture of Malaria and Knowledge, Attitude and Behavior of Patients Regarding Malaria in the Region of North India| Chapter 2 | Current Innovations in Medicine and Medical Science Vol. 8

 Malaria's fast emergence and revival have become a threat to our institution, increasing in two together intensity and severity. It has trenchant socioeconomic consequences in a cultivating country like India. Malaria is one of the most weighty vector-carried diseases and has been a menace to humankind for thousands of age. There is an effort to study the knowledge, stance, and behavior of family regarding Malaria. This will help in identifying the break in the measures adopted and the information, attitude and of the population. Despite miscellaneous surveillance and instruction programs, the available dossier only reflects trends, not the authentic disease burden. It has existed discovered that very few studies on the epidemiology of sickness have been transported in the northern part of the country, accompanying very limited facts on age and sex-specific migratory prevalence of the affliction. The people living in rural fields were found expected more vulnerable to malaria. The ailment was found expected more prevalent with the lower socio-economic strata and young community leading to substantial adverse effects on fitness and the economy. It is again critical to investigate population's Malaria knowledge, stance, and behavior. The current chapter supports an overview of the amount of regional malaria styles, highlights progress toward worldwide targets, and describes convenience and challenges in controlling and removing the disease in the district of northward India.
