Among the main traits of the relay guardianship functioning are reliability indicators. With the change to the execution of aforementioned protections on a microprocessor-located basis, in addition to fittings reliability, it enhanced necessary to characterize allure operation by operating system reliability. Importance of the tasks in the movement process refers it the programs used in safety-detracting software and operating in the evident mode. This in proper sequence, tightens the requirements for their reliability judgment. General requirements for programs of detracting applications are deliberate. Features characteristic of microprocessor protection programs are projected. An example of aforementioned an assessment is given.
