Image Based Estimation of Food Colories Based on Machine Learning| Chapter 11 | Techniques and Innovation in Engineering Research Vol. 4

 For the last few decades, it has existed the popular current in India that people are putting more consideration on improving their health and regulating calorie consumption for every meal, for fear that we build a model for calorie estimation of differing food. Dieticians and healthcare conferences are concerned with the consumption of correct quantity and right somewhat food. There is certainly that exercising also plays a lively role but what we are augmenting our body plays a big role in obesity and many questions related to strength like diabetes, stroke, and many cardio vascular diseases. Also, on account of advancement in technology, today’s production can order food just accompanying a click on their mobile ploys. Thus, acceleration in obesity is clear. For the people the one are concerned with this question, keeping the records of the consumption of vitamins manually is difficult. To combat this, a sort of health uses and Calorie measurement tools have arose to reverse or shrink the effect of all the fitness-related troubles. Some of the requests also utilize up-to-date Artificial Intelligence algorithms. In this project, a machine learning located model which estimates the calories in miscellaneous food elements by way of Ensemble Bagginig Supervised Classification Machine Learning algorithms with feature ancestry using Resnet-101 pre-prepared Deep Convolutional Neural Network Model. The proposed model is developed and judged in MATLAB R2018b, it is also establish that proposed method has better efficiency than existing system.
