 The aim concerning this study is to analyze and justify how the plans of motivational theories and models can be used and used for workers’ retention in the current organizational atmosphere. The most valuable resource for a company is allure workforce. Their significance to businesses necessitates not just renting the best people, but also keeping bureaucracy on board for an lengthened length of time. The Employee Retention Connection (ERC) idea aims to improve competitive advantage and mutate business sophistication. Retention Connection creates a custom reward and acknowledgment system to fit the organisational education by identifying behaviours, attitudes, and skills that should be acknowledged and paid for contributing to bureaucratic rules of an appropriately welcoming breeding. This study made an work to demonstrate how motivational believes and models can help a business maintain its employees. In order to better arm firms accompanying the knowledge required to increase their memory capabilities, supplementary research in various organisational and industrial setups is necessary. Employee retention is a difficult topic of human resource administration.
