A Case Report on Complicated Crown-root Fracture| Chapter 8 | Current Innovations in Medicine and Medical Science Vol. 8

 The current study details a young adult with a difficult crown fracture. Endodontic situation of the involved teeth was understood by orthodontic extrusion accompanying certain modifications, periodontal surgery to fix biologic width and obtain proper esthetics, and the placement of definitive crowns. Traumatic harms to the teeth and their constructions are complicated and necessitate a all-encompassing examination, correct diagnosis, consideration of all determinants involved, and a multidisciplinary approach for a profitable treatment effect. A 23-year-old male patient stated to the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics with a illness of pain in broken upper front dentition. A fractured tooth presents a versatile problem that warrants a multidisciplinary treatment. A fracture tooth presents a versatile problem which warrants a combining several branches of learning treatment. Interdisciplinary situation approach holds true especially in versatile problems like traumatic molar fracture. Every dental professional must be groomed to assess and treat efficiently. This study focal points the use of an anterior bite plane to authorize simultaneous bite opening and ivory extrusion.
