The Scope of Stem Cells in Periodontal Regeneration: A Review| Chapter 9 | Current Innovations in Medicine and Medical Science Vol. 9

Chronic periodontitis is an angering disease that devastates the tooth's supporting makeups. Periodontal therapy's best goal is to rejuvenate these destroyed constructions. Stem cells are the most current periodontal regeneration entry. Dental Mesenchymal Stem Cells (DMSC) are currently the focus of research since they maybe extracted accompanying relative simplicity and have a low benefactor morbidity. As a result, this review has disintegrated through all of the distinct DMSC that are available, common people properties that support their ability to differentiate into periodontal cells, and the range to which they have existed used in periodontal regeneration. Also, we have tense attention to differing innovations in the use of stem cells for periodontal fabric engineering and in consideration of translational research with promising results in periodontal conversion.
