During the three age of COVID-19 epidemic (2020~2022), the face-to-face classroom setting transforms to a network in essence space from time to time, and the explanation of distance education and resource giving platform enhances more and more important. In order to determine practical examples and referential game plans for the efficient use of miscellaneous resources to achieve assorted teaching in the post epidemic era, the following paper completely introduces the friendly needs, framework composition, main functions and wonted objectives of the system, resolves the existing main questions and development bottlenecks in combination accompanying the teaching practices, and shares the experience of distance education through the actual requests. Currently, the two-level (college and academy) public platforms shared by educators and students were recognised as a attainable resource for pertinent research and principle development. Finally, a few "pocket experiments" were favorably conducted at undergraduates' homes with the help of faculty members who were guiding ruling class remotely. Information and ideas technologies are anticipated to play an more and more important role from now on during the epidemic or additional crises involving all-encompassing public health.
