Anaesthetic Challenges and Management of a Paediatric Patient with Noonan Syndrome | Chapter 11 | Current Innovations in Medicine and Medical Science Vol. 6

 Noonan Syndrome (NS) is a innately transmitted autosomal main disorder. Airway management poses a multitude of challenges in aforementioned cases. We report a case of a 10-year-traditional male child measuring 25 kg, who was determined as a case of Noonan syndrome and posted for contracture release of narrow connector under general induced sleep. The present report describes troublesome airway administration during administration of accepted anaesthesia.
