Impact of Coronavirus Pandemic on Accommodations’ Tourist Demand in Syria | Chapter 2 | Research Aspects in Arts and Social Studies Vol. 1

 The study's main worry has been how the coronavirus pandemic may affect the overall tourist demand for housing in Lattakia in 2020. These are some of the objectives: examination of the demand for accomodation in Lattakia from tourists between 2010 and 2019. outlining how changes in visitor demand for housing in Lattakia in 2020 will be impacted by the coronavirus pandemic. However, the descriptive analytical method has been used. There were several findings from the study, however the following are the most important ones: The general demand for lodging in Lattakia in February and March, as well as the development of the virus in Syria and neighbouring countries, are both significantly impacted by Covid-19. April saw a decline in overall visitor demand for lodging due to the pandemic's extensive dissemination globally and in Syria. It is impossible to forecast the whole demand for accommodations from travellers until a trustworthy vaccine is created.
