Business Strategies Used by Some Educational Entrepreneurs for Survival during the Covid-19 Pandemic | Chapter 3 | Current Aspects in Business, Economics and Finance Vol. 4

Lessons from the lived experiences (phenomenological study) of purposefully chosen education entrepreneurs in Harare during the Covid-19 pandemic are summarised in this chapter. Creating new business prospects for educational entrepreneurs, ICT job creation, professional growth, and resilience building are just a few of these crucial lessons (themes). The study advises educational entrepreneurs to shift their focus from merely mitigating and focus on proactively developing entrepreneurial innovativeness and adaptability skills in order to cope with a future that is inherently unpredictable because the Covid-19 Pandemic is unique and has an evolving nature. As a result, resilience, confidence, and readiness to respond assertively and flexibly in the face of crises all grow.
