Highly Conductive Porous Carbon Synthesized by Chemical Vapor Deposition| Chapter 2 | Research Aspects in Chemical and Materials Sciences Vol. 3

Formless permeable carbon was orchestrated by the synthetic fume statement strategy on copper substrates utilizing methane at climatic tension. Pores have a typical size of around 1.2 microns. Lamellar tests of this carbonaceous material have the structure and size of the copper foil substrate and can be isolated from the help. Electrical opposition as a component of temperature shows a semiconductor-like way of behaving. We recommend that this carbonaceous material might be helpful as cathode because of its low electrical resistivity of the request for 0.4 Ωcm at room temperature.
