One of the most important concerns facing every industry today is automation. Almost every facet of existence is being impacted by automation, including space technology and agriculture. In today's globally competitive market, plant automation is a requirement for the manufacturing industry. It alludes to the system's capacity to operate continuously without human intervention. The Gas Tunnel Kiln (GTK) doors and the movement of the transfer car in and out of the kiln are currently operated manually, and the kiln's high temperature renders manual operation unsafe. In this paper, we are designing a control circuit for the automation of the GTK using relay logics and Variable Frequency Drives (VFD's). A vestibule is present on both the front and back sides of the GTK. The entire charging and discharging process for the green Insulators is automated. Creating ladder diagrams that can be implemented using hardware components comes first, followed by simulation using LADSIM - PLC Simulator.
