Patients and dentists show more interest when single tooth replacement with implants is considered as a treatment option. For , it is a difficult task. Osseointegration has become predictable, but soft tissue coverage, which is responsible for overall esthetics, requires gentle handling during all stages of implant treatment. This article discusses the factors that contribute to the best aesthetic outcome and includes case studies demonstrating several strategies for improving the aesthetic outcome of implant-supported maxillary anterior teeth at different treatment stages.
