The empirical study focused on restaurant companies having a web presence in Viana do Castelo, Portugal, with the goal of understanding the impact of communication and customer-valued features on these companies' marketing.
A questionnaire survey was created and disseminated around numerous restaurant companies and their respective consumers in order to finish this study.
Based on the findings, it was discovered that a decent location, the environment, and friendly service are the most important factors in attracting new consumers, particularly those who are female. This will help the company's recommendations to new customers, as this is how the majority of clients arrive at the restaurant for the first time. Social media and internet intermediaries, on the other hand, appear to play a role in how individuals learn about these businesses. As a result, we recommend that restaurant firms place a bigger investment on the three most important traits to customers, as well as on social media and online intermediaries, especially for women.Author (S) Details
