The existing maintenance management system has harmed the operation management's efficiency and capacities. In any production system, maintaining production capability is an important aspect of operations management. Due to present maintenance practises, many challenges have arisen, including low productivity and quality, insufficient financing, poor safety and morale, and environmental dangers. In today's world, businesses are embracing green as a viable and appealing method for achieving sustainability and preserving competitiveness in their operations in order to meet customer needs. In this way, green maintenance management capability (GMMC) enables companies to increase their environmental knowledge and commitment while improving maintenance practises. Green technology and green human resource management were assessed in this study, major issues were addressed, and recommendations for potential research were given.
