Policy Implementation and Management of COP21 Goals | Chapter 4 | Modern Perspectives in Economics, Business and Management Vol. 5

The purpose of this study is to look into the corporate governance intelligence system as part of a complex stakeholder-related approach to the corporate strategic intelligence system (CSIS). Minority shareholder activism is given special attention in the corporate governance structure. The use of current tactics by joint-stock firm management to abuse minority shareholders' rights has been generalised. There are suggestions for safeguarding minority shareholders' interests. It is illustrated the need of taking a stakeholders-oriented approach to CSIS construction based on enterprise security standards. Policy implementation can be problematic, especially in a decentralised organisation, according to policy analysts like Wildavsky and Sabatier. Now, the international community will assist a huge number of governments or states in achieving the COP21 goals, despite the fact that no governance institutions have yet been established or identified. To have any hope of meeting the COP21 Agreement's key goal of a 40% reduction in CO2 emissions by 2030, the implementation process for the agreement must begin immediately. In fact, this implementation phase is likely to last the entire century, as COP21 guarantees a carbon-free economy by 2050.
