The purpose of this study is to look into the corporate governance intelligence system as part of a complex stakeholder-related approach to the corporate strategic intelligence system (CSIS). Minority shareholder activism is given special attention in the corporate governance structure. The use of current tactics by joint-stock firm management to abuse minority shareholders' rights has been generalised. There are suggestions for safeguarding minority shareholders' interests. It is illustrated the need of taking a stakeholders-oriented approach to CSIS construction based on enterprise security standards.
