Wilson's illness is a hereditary ailment that causes copper buildup in numerous tissues all over the world. Wilson's disease is now divided into early-onset and late-onset Wilson's disease based on the start of symptoms. The “Face of a Giant Panda” sign on magnetic resonance imaging of the brain revealed the distinctive bilateral putamena and midbrain tegmental T2 hyperintensity, which are trustworthy imaging findings of Wilson's illness. This chapter's goal was to go over the clinical and magnetic resonance brain imaging alterations in late-onset Wilson's illness.
