The placenta accrete spectrum, which includes accrete, increta, and percreta, can cause enormous haemorrhage with severe morbidity and mortality. The purpose of this study is to raise awareness about the disease's rising rates and treatment options for people of various health levels. It has seen a dramatic rise all around the world during the last three decades. Between 1982 and 2002, the incidence of placenta accreta spectrum grew from 1 in 4017 in the 1980s to 1 in 533 in 2002.
