A general relativity solution is offered that outlines an Alcubierre propulsion system that allows for superluminal velocity while reducing energy by an arbitrary amount. With an interesting idea for the Alcubierre warp drive spacetime, I've introduced a coefficient into the Alcubierre equations that is 1 inside and outside the warp bubble but has large values in the Alcubierre warped region, effectively reducing the negative energy density and negative energy requirements, making the warp drive more "affordable" even at 1000 times the speed of light.
