Energy literacy, coupled with attempts to develop green energy solutions, is one of the keys to addressing the world's current energy concerns. We need to know how well-informed citizens are on energy issues. Because they are the next generation of educators who will be responsible for this problem, measuring literacy energy among potential physics teachers is critical. Despite this, there is no testing tool that can be used to determine how literate they are. The goal of this research is to create a framework for evaluating potential physics teachers. This article also includes a sample of objects created using the framework.
