The term "nanotechnology" conjures up ideas of a mythical world nowadays. Almost every subject, including information technology, civil engineering, and medicine, is governed by this developing science. Nanomedical technology breakthroughs are helpful in the identification and treatment of some life-threatening ailments such as cancer and other cellular illnesses. One of the world's oldest traditional medicinal systems is the Siddha system. This method is widely used in South India, particularly in Tamil Nadu. The Siddha system is an ancient medical practise developed by remarkable sages known as Siddhars. Varmam, Alchemy, and Yogic practises are some of the Siddha system's particular specialties. The Siddha system is rich in biotechnology, nanotechnology, biochemistry, pharmacology, and other modern scientific principles. With references to Siddha literature, this article examines nanotechnology principles in Siddha medical pharmacology.
