Vlasov's Physics: From Plasma to Solid | Chapter 9 | Advanced Aspects of Engineering Research Vol. 3

 The fundamental concepts of Vlasov's physics are examined from a broad perspective. His judgments about the application of nonlocal statistical mechanics to real solids are shown to be reliable. The possibilities for an accurate explanation of matter in Vlasov's physics are discussed.
