The objective concerning this paper is formulation of accepted criteria for acknowledgment of resilience and exposure of large-scale modern systems (ISs) to hurtful impacts (DIs). The multigrammatical framework (MGF) is used for this purpose. A technological base of an IS is presented by a unitary multiset alphabet, an order completed - by a multiset, in addition to resource base and a DI on an IS. A resolution of the reverse question, which aim search out determine any of an order, which concede possibility be completed by an stirred vulnerable IS, is interpreted. Implementation issues as well as future developmements of the MGF are thought-out.
