Clinical-epidemiological Profile of Outpatients with Mild to Moderate Covid-19 Intensity, in the South of Mexico City | Chapter 9 | Current Progress in Medicine and Medical Research Vol. 9

Objective: Report the dispassionate-epidemiological profile of outpatients accompanying mild to moderate intensity COVID-19, that was carried out in the South of Mexico City. The dossier were obtained through a pre-coded inquiry, designed only for this study, the labeling card was taken and sociodemographic variables were calculated, non-pathological biography (transmission machine), pathological personal history (comorbidities diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension, prior lung study of plants, cancer, HIV, AIDS, asthma, allergy, corpulence, cardiovascular disease, hot, alcoholism) Current Condition, Signs and symptoms, workshop and cabinet studies.Materials and Methods: This is a potential, cross-sectional, observational, sole-center study of a series of sufferers with dispassionate data of upper and lower respiring tract contamination and positive PCR for SARS-CoV-2. The study population incorporated 66 patients the one met the inclusion tests, carried out by telemedicine to a first contact commission specializing in catching diseases, attended from March 10, 2020 to January 31, 2021. The clinical characteristics, ultimate prevalent was cough in 76%, understood by headache 73% and myalgia 71%.Conclusions: Patients with comorbidities, either men or girls in the fifth decade of history, are of great significance for the evolution, exceptionally when they are carriers of immunosenescence in the cases of those over 60 years adult, or the immune order is immunocompromised as it is. the case of patients with DM2 and even more when they have as well one comorbidity that wrong have a proinflammatory state and attenuation of the innate invulnerable respons
