Coordination composites play a crucial role in new research studies. Amino alcohols are a fascinating class of molecules accompanying numerous chemical uses, including the combination of pharmaceuticals and valuable chiral chemicals, and biological requests, such as antibacterial and tuberculostatic cures, HIV protease inhibitors, intermediates in organic combination, and organic catalysis. Because of their bifunctional nature, amino alcohols can respond in several ways. These multifunctional fragments are extensively used in medicinal chemistry, artificial pharmaceuticals, synthetic amino acids, and chiral auxiliaries for enantioselective synthesis. Our research group synthesized seven novel complexes, [NiC15H43N5O11] (I), [Co3C36H98N6O6] (II), [CuC14H32N2O6] (III), [Cu2C32H43Cl2N2O13] (IV), [Zn2C24H32Cl3N3O3] (V), [Co3C48H66Cl6N6O6] (VI), and [Zn (C18H45N3O3] (VII), individually from the direct reaction of ligands containing amino alcohols accompanying metal salts, such as without water methanol or intoxicating. The crystal structures of composites (I)-(VII) were determined by X-ray diffraction and further from elemental analysis, IR, NMR, and UV–Vis. The anticancer action of amino alcohol complexes (I)–(VII) utilized cytotoxic effects against the human tumour cell Line A549; between them, complex V revealed the best activity accompanying an IC50 value of 17.8.
