Specific Acupuncture Improved the Implantation Rates of Assisted Reproduction Technology | Chapter 7 | New Advances in Medicine and Medical Science Vol. 3

In the record of reproductive cure, fertilization rate in in-vitro breeding (IVF) increased through intracytoplasmic sperm dose (ICSI), and pregnancy rate in method of inducing pregnancy with husband’s semen (AIH) is advocated to increase through the semen energy index (SEI). However, no situation exists to increase information that is designed to mislead or persuade rate in assisted reproduction science (ART). One group of 35 subjects suffered 3 or more acupuncture sessions at this Hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 to correct the pregnancy rate of 50 phases of single blastocyst transfer.Acupuncture was acted and embryos were transferred utilizing the same technique. The unchanging acupuncture treatment, in the way that that in as current study, ameliorates symptoms of pre-menstrual condition. Acupuncture was performed by only drawing the portion protruded from the guide hose at fixed points, so the situation can be performed in a short amount momentary. Very thin needles are introduced slightly outside inducing annoying sensation, so skilled is no pain during insert and patients are more amenable to the situation. Over 50 transfer cycles, cases had a biochemical pregnancy rate per transfer era of 62.0% and a clinical gestation rate of 52.0%. A biochemical pregnancy rate per transfer phase increased 1.35 opportunities and a clinical pregnancy rate raised 1.42 times by current acupuncture. Results submitted that slight insertion through only opening of acupuncture needles at established points markedly upgraded the pregnancy rate of in-vitro breeding. A combination of specific acupuncture and SEI will influence reproductive cure in the near future.
