As a result, it is replaced accompanying fluid (cerebrospinal fluid) completely and when visualized on the magnetic reverberation imaging (MRI) flip through, it looks like an empty sella. Sheehan syndrome (SS) is the dispassionate manifestation that results due to fatality of pituitary gland resulting from harsh postpartum haemorrhage during pregnancy and is individual of the causes of gland. Partial empty sella is the term given when unspecified the gland is visible on imaging. Patients accompanying SS have varying points of anterior pituitary birth control method deficiency. It’s repetitiveness is decreasing general and it is a rare case of hypopituitarism in developed nations owing to better obstretric care. However, it is still frequent in backward and developing countries. A 23-old age-old female, equality 1/intrauterine fetal end of life 1 (P1IUFD1) who had undergone prior lower segment cesarian portion (LSCS) presented to our person being treated for medical problem department (OPD) accompanying complaints of secondary amenorrhea for 4 age. Also, Sheehan syndrome as a cause of the unchanging has not been commonly observed. History of post partum haemorrhage, collapse to lactate and ending of menses are important clues to disease.
