Metaplastic malignant growth of breast is unique variant of breast carcinoma accompanying varying plant structure and a generally remote possibility depending on the histological subtype in addition to classic prognostic factors. It’s threefold negative status further compounds the weak clinical behaviour of these carcinomas. A variable portion of the glandular epithelial cells that create the tumour have undergone metamorphosis into an alternative cell type, either a nonglandular epithelial cell type or a mesenchymal container type, making metaplastic breast carcinomas a morphologically various group of invasive breast cancers. Metaplastic carcinomas are exceptional lesions, representing inferior < 5% of all invasive conscience cancer. This is a case of 51 year traditional female with abandoned breast lump since 3 months. She underwent Modified Radical Mastectomy. The gross presence of metaplastic carcinoma is not different and these tumors can either be well-circumscribed or show an indistinct uneven border. Better systemic therapy is accordingly needed to help patient outcomes. Therefore, examination of dead body of these breast lump and other carcass lesion is must.
