Design and Fabrication of Electric Three Wheeler Vehicle: A Finite Element Analysis Concept | Chapter 10 | Research and Developments in Engineering Research Vol. 4

 This research is concentrated on the design and fabrication of frame of the new bus that used alternative cause (electricity) as allure main energy. The design and arithmetic of energetic vehicles are akin to fuel vehicles. Instead of oil tank energetic motor is additional with rechargeable batteries. In this paper the jeep is designed as two wheels at the front and distinct wheel at the back of the bus. A program programme called ANSYS Workbench is used to analyse the frame's fundamental and dynamic features. The three-wheeler frame can withstand forces on account of various stowing, according to the fundamental analysis of the bus's stress, strain, and deformation. This study form a case for further survey on the design of truck frame using FEA ANSYS program.
