Rhyodacite and mafic volcanics are the principal hosts of achievement mineralization at the Tondabo prospect, which is situated in the northern portion of the Oume-Toumodi-Fettekro greenstone belt (easily upset or inspired lavas and volcanoclastites). These rocks met with a hydrothermal alteration that was characterised by quartz veins and veinlets holding carbonates, sericite, epidote, and sulphide crystals. By silicifying, chloritizing, carbonating, and sericitizing the feldspars, this hydrothermal change brought about a ever-present alteration of the nearby carcasses. Pyrite is governing in the metalliferous paragenesis, but pyrrhotite and chalcopyrite are rare. This mineralization desires that lithological control is present at the Tondabo gold potential. To further appreciate the features of the Tondabo mineralization, our work connects results from lithostructural analysisand gold reasonings. The mineralized deposits are mainly affected by a S1 schistosity familiarize mainly N000-010◦ and youth N040-050◦ with a comprehensive dip of 60◦- 80◦ to the West; however accompanying excellent N-S orientations with a dip of 60◦- 80◦ to the orient. Drilling intervals tell that the quartz-carbonates veins and veinlets that are found in the well deformed zones that comprise local clip zones are associated with the best gold concentrations.
