Identifying the Races of Meloidogyne Incognita Populations in Assam, India| Chapter 10 | Current Overview on Disease and Health Research Vol. 6

The present hearing was carried out to identify the races of M. incognita infest vegetable crop like attractive woman in Assam, India. Diagnosis of species and races of Meloidogyne has always existed challenging on account of highly similar morphologically across variety, life stages in different residences, variable host ranges, poorly outlined boundaries among class, intraspecific variability, potential hybrid inception and polyploidy. Differential hosts are used to detect pathogenic alternative within root-knot nematode isolates or species. Accurate and exact identification of Meloidogyne variety is based on a combination of various methods viz., semantic characteristics and morphometrics, host desires, biochemical and molecular techniques are all evenly important.
