Personal Factors and Mental Health of Public School Teachers in Lavezares I District, Northern Samar, Philippines: A Recent Study| Chapter 10 | Current Overview on Disease and Health Research Vol. 5

 The exploration focuses on the particular factors that impact public- academy preceptors' internal health. This check was given to abecedarian and secondary academy preceptors in Lavezares I District, Division of Northern Samar. The descriptive- correlational exploration design was used in this study, which included 30 actors chosen through intentional slice. Descriptive statistics and the Pearson Product- Moment Correlation Measure were used to assay check questionnaire data. This was done during the third quarter of the 2021- 2022 academy time. According to the findings, the maturity of them are between the periods of 31 and 38. The maturity of them are womanish, wedded, with a net take- home pay of,000-,499, donors of completed academic conditions( Auto) for their Mama, hold a schoolteacher III position, have been in the service for 7 times or lower, and have attended no further than two distance literacy trainings and forums . In respects to internal health, issues revealed that preceptors at the van of distance literacy perpetration experience severe stress, moderate anxiety, and mild depression. The demographic data of age, gender, civil status, net take- home pay, loftiest educational attainment, tutoring position, length of service, and number of attended distance education trainings and forums were set up to be unconnected to preceptors' internal health. The results of this exploration will give sapience into how seminaries can address particular factors and internal health issues of preceptors in order for them to come flexible in the face of adversity.
