This chapter aims to probe the impact of high- performance work systems( HPWS) grounded on the( AMO) model, which includes three mortal resource operation practises( Capability- enhancing mortal resource operation practices, provocation- enhancing mortal resource operation practices, and openings- enhancing mortal resource operation practices). HPWS is a coherent HR practice system supposed to ameliorate organizational performance by perfecting hand chops, provocation, and the occasion to share in the work. The authors chose a arbitrary sample of 400 people from ten banks in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Sudan to test the suppositions; the exploration reveals a set of results, one of which is a significant positive effect among high- performance work systems according to the( AMO) model on the issues of mortal resource performance
