Lymphoplasmacytic carcinoma Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia( LPL/ WM) is a rare idle B- cell lymphoproliferative complaint which is characterized by either with excrescence infiltration or is due to the conflation of monoclonal IgM. Bing- Neel pattern is a rare neurologic complication of Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia, which is a result of infiltration of the central nervous system by clonal lymphoplasmacytes. We present a rare clinical case of a case, who one time after the opinion of Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia, progressed with different neurologic donation which included progressive bilateral deafness, vertigo, discoordination, low grade right lagophthalmos and also cerebrospinal fluid involvement. Grounded on the discovery of clonal B- cells in the cerebrospinal fluid by inflow cytometry and glamorous resonance imaging, the opinion was made. Bing- Neel pattern should be considered in cases with neurologic symptoms and a history of Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia, because it's a rare incarnation, which may do at any time during the course of the complaint and may be associated with poor outgrowth if not treated.
