Nanotechnology in the Treatment of Sickle Cell Disease | Chapter 7 | Current Innovations in Medicine and Medical Science Vol. 5

 Numerous cases won't be relieved of their symptoms after surgery because the remedial efficacity of the medicine varies from case to case. The thing of this case report is to compare the remedial efficacity of two patches, ketoprofen and fentanyl, inpost-operative cases. We present a case report on the extent of pain relief compared with visual analogue scale scores( VAS score) afterpost-operative surgery other than chine surgery using ketoprofen transdermal patch and fentanyl transdermal patch on cases. The subjects were divided into two groups, manly and womanish, and the treatment was given for over to three days.

After completing the study, we concluded that the subjects who entered ketoprofen remedy had the loftiest VAS score when compared to those who entered fentanyl remedy, and complete pain relief was observed in three days. The statistical analysis revealed that it was largely significant..
