Impact of Quality Assurance in Delivering Fourth Industrial Revolution-ready Graduates | Chapter 7 | Current Overview on Science and Technology Research Vol. 6

 The Academy’s enhanced Quality Assurance (QA) measures produce graduates with relevant technical, linguistic and human skills, cultural readiness, and ethical values ​​ready for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (FIRe) can do. This quantitative, non-experimental study with 198 samples yields an achieved power of 0.99 for regression analysis of 10 her QS ranges as predictors. Analysis resulted in the following reconstruction of her QA area: 1. Organizational Orientation and Goals, 2. Study Guide, 3. Teaching and Learning Process, 4. Learning Resources, 5. Laboratory Setup, 6. Physical Facilities and Equipment, 7. Student Services, 8. Social Commitment and Social Behavior, 9. Organization and Management, and 10. Knowledge Innovation and Management are positively correlated with the development of FIRe skills in graduates. Additionally, her improved QA preparation in direction and purpose, educational resources, learning services, knowledge innovation and management, and higher levels of external certification have produced FIRe-ready graduates. The research recommends restructuring her QA blueprint to meet the evolving workforce requirements of the FIRe landscape.
