The purpose of the current study is to investigate the synthesis, carrying, and regulated release of PNB by synthesising IC with CD without modifying the guest molecule chemically or biologically. Cyclodextrins (CYDs) are named as,, and -Cyclodextrins, respectively, and are composed of 6, 7, and 8 glucopyranosyl units connected to -(1, 4)-glycosidic linkages. The CYDs are cyclic oligosaccharides of biomedical and pharmaceutical interest made up of six to eight dextrose units connected by one to four bonds. The host-guest interaction of the guest -cyclodextrins, p-nitro benzaldehyde, has been studied and has important applications in the field of medicine, such as controlled drug delivery. While surface tension and conductivity investigations indicate the creation of inclusion complex with 1:1 stoichiometry, the 1H NMR analysis validates the production of inclusion complex. The stoichiometry of the inclusion complex was supported by both the Job's plot method and UV-visible spectroscopy. SEM studies and FT-IR spectra provide additional support for the inclusion procedure. The association constants of the inclusion complexes were calculated using the Benesi-Hildebrand method, and the thermodynamic parameters were calculated using the van't Hoff equation.
