COVID-19 Infection as a Chronic Disease: Factors and Medication Perspectives | Chapter 12 | Current Overview on Disease and Health Research Vol. 2

Despite being incredibly contagious due to its highly infectious nature, the disease's global spread is aided by self-awareness because a large portion of patients are mild or asymptomatic. Public health actions against the Corona virus should reduce the number of people who are infected with influenza in order to prevent the two viruses from infecting one another. The development of a chronic disease care model for "POST-COVID-19" and the implementation of epidemic prevention measures for the winter of 2020 will be aided by the successful combination of using antiretroviral therapy and antibiotics in several inflammation in multi-organs with supportive therapies in this case report in region Puglia ASL Taranto, PPI 118- emergency department and pneumonia department in Saint Giuseppe Moscati hospital, Taranto, Italy. A lung CT scan and positive X-ray for bilateral ground glass opacity, which indicated a considerable rise in alveolar capillary permeability and consequent interstitial edoema, verified the symptoms of acute respiratory failure. The presence of a persistent widespread bronchopathy with emphysematous morphologies was verified to be a pulmonary embolism. In the right lung, there were large, unevenly distributed regions of parenchymal consolidation that largely affected the lower lobe and the apical and dorsal portions of the upper lobe.
