Due to the rapid changes in technology and the consideration of competing environments for all local, international, and global projects, the United Arab Emirates became one of the most countries attempting to achieve entrepreneurship through its projects; and as a result of the rapid changes in technology and the consideration of competing environments for all local, international, and global projects, the UAE began to be under this broad umbrella of businesses. Entrepreneurship is regarded as a distinguishing feature of any developed economy that seeks to maintain, continue, and expand its financial capitals; however, this cannot be achieved without a stable environment that fosters participation, risk-taking, the adoption of novel ideas, and an understanding of the mechanisms of competing in global markets.
