Ending extreme poverty, boosting economic growth, increasing environmental sustainability, and eradicating gender inequality are all seen as advantages of sustainable development. The Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of a country is linked to long-term development, and GDP is used as a measure of a country's level of living as well as an indicator of its economic health. Businesses must contribute to economic growth and job creation in order to accelerate sustainable development. The premise is that when businesses invest in capital for commodity manufacturing, jobs are created, which helps to increase people's living standards by providing a source of income. Accelerating Sustainable Development, on the other hand, has an impact on employee empowerment, in which workers are compensated enough to meet their basic needs, have job security, the right to join a union, and work in an environment free of sexual harassment.
