Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited's Performance Appraisal System was scrutinised. Performance Appraisal aids in the development of a happy and healthy work environment. The ability of a company to accurately analyse its employees' performance and utilise objectivity to optimise them as a valued resource will be vital to its success. Any organization's success hinges on its ability to evaluate employee performance. It not only motivates employees, but it also increases the production of a company. The focus of the study is on the company's Performance Appraisal System and whether or not workers are satisfied with it. The information from the employees was gathered through a questionnaire, which was then analysed and interpreted. The project's purpose is to showcase the company's Performance Appraisal System's positive and bad elements.
