Investigating the Role of Health Promotion Strategies on Lifestyle and Behavioral Changes to Reduce the Number of Non-communicable Disease Patient | Chapter 3 | Issues and Development in Health Research Vol. 4

 Health-care services include not just hospital services such as outdoor, indoor, and consultations, but also health-promotional services. Health promotion services play a critical role in raising awareness and improving knowledge of health behaviours. This aids the general public in changing their perceptions, attitudes, and practises around various health conditions. The test and demand for a living are altered by long-term financial freedom. This shift has a significant impact on human behaviour and lifestyle. Work, family and friends, and health are the three most essential things in people's life. People's individual identities and racial identities are shaped by their occupations (jobs). mental health and the effects of stress, tension, despair, and anxiety on people. Finally, those who are healthy by nature invest in their health by eating good foods on a daily basis, and they do not pay attention to their health during their youth, until they reach middle age, or until they get completely ill. People in today's world are afflicted with non-communicable diseases. The causes of these diseases are primarily attributable to three major concerns in human life. Changes in the physiological function of the human body as a result of poor lifestyle choices and social pathology. The link between lifestyle and behaviour and the emergence of noncommunicable diseases is discussed in this paper. It will also discuss preventative measures.
